How do I book a ride?

Three ways: the online booking form (2 minutes), a WhatsApp message or a phone call. We confirm every ride by message with the final price.

Can the price change during the journey?

No. The price is fixed when you book: neither traffic nor detours change it. Only extended waiting time or an extra stop that you request are charged, and always announced in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts their arrival to the landing time at no extra cost, and 1 h 30 of waiting time is included free of charge.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Any cancellation or change made at least 6 hours before pick-up is free. Changes remain subject to availability.
