To book on LuxRun, you have two options:
1- Predefined routes: You can use our reservation page to easily book a ride from our available options.

What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
To get an accurate quote, please provide your details (name, surname, contact), the date and time of the ride, the number of passengers, the pickup location, and the destination. Additional information on your specific needs may also be helpful.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation after making it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Modifications are subject to availability.
Can LuxRun accommodate special requests such as baby seats or mobility assistance?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate special requests such as baby seats or assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. Please mention these needs when requesting your booking so we can prepare everything for your comfort.
What is the processing time for requests and quote delivery?
We are committed to responding to all requests as quickly as possible. In general, we send a personalized quote within 24 hours of receiving your completed request form. For urgent requests, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp to expedite the process.
